O n behalf of our client - global pharma company - we are looking for a COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST Within the Group Compliance & Ethics department we are recruiting a Compliance Specialist.

The Compliance Specialist actively contributes to the development of the Group compliance framework, which includes the implementation and the execution of a comprehensive compliance monitoring program.

Key Responsibilities: •     support the development and implementation of internal policies and guidelines; •     provide compliance training to the process owners; •     perform follow-up activities; •     prepare reports for Senior Management and external partners; •     guarantee the execution of compliance monitoring activities, including:       o    planning;      o    selecting samples;      o    conducting testing;      o    assessing non-compliances;      o    developing outcome reports;      o    collaborating with Compliance Officers and other speaking partners, including Legal Officers, Internal Auditors and General Managers.

Permanent role within MIlano HQ.

Base salary + Incentives + Benefits Hybrid role (3 days smart working wee k)
