From conceptual studies and layout installations to the creation of patterns, moulds, tools, and jigs, you will be instrumental in driving cutting-edge design solutions. In this role, you will: Lead thecomposite design processfrom initial concept to detailed development, ensuring integration of high-performance and innovative solutions.

Ensure all designed parts comply withtechnical regulationsand are optimised for performance and reliability.

Utilise your expertise to developlightweight, aerodynamically efficient, and structurally soundcomposite components.

Be responsible for finaldesign sign-offwithin your group, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Collaborate closely withaerodynamics, manufacturing, and structural analysis teamsto enhance design efficiency and reliability.

Provide mentorship toless experienced designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Offer remotefactory support during race and track eventswhen required. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Auniversity degreeinMechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Extensiveexperience in composite design, preferably inhigh-performance automotive or motorsport industries.

In-depthknowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.

Proficiency in industry-standardsoftware toolssuch asCATIA, Siemens NX, or similar.

Strongproblem-solving and communication skills.

Aflexible and proactive attitudewith the ability to work under pressure.
