Compound Management Scientist

**Compound Management Scientist**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Scientist for our Compound Management Unit.
Experience with liquid handling automation is desirable.
This position will work as part of a team, following detailed laboratory protocols and analyzing data, to deliver high quality and timely data to customers.
**Major responsibilities**:
compound arrival, registration and handling performed according to internal Standard Operating Procedures using state-of-the-art automated liquid handlers and robotic stations.
coordinate incoming and outgoing compound shipments to/from CROs, partners and collaborators.
identify potential problems that may affect quality, accuracy, and usefulness of data and provide ideas for solutions and development.
respond to changing priorities and handle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to deliver quality results to customers by defined deadlines.
uses the in-house informatics system to track identification and location of all chemical samples ensure support to colleagues for collaborative projects, and reliability, accuracy, robustness and high quality for data and reports.
perform analysis of documents provided by clients, verify and create reports using established software tools and systems.
present data internally or to clients.
**Required knowledge and skills**:
excellent organizational skills, precision, strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols and to corporate policies on Quality and Health & Safety are mandatory.
proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is extremely important.
a self-motivated individual that can function both independently as well as part of a team.
ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
ability to work effectively under strict deadlines within a team framework in cross-functional projects as well as independent scientist.
ensure support to colleagues for collaborative projects, and reliability, accuracy, robustness and high quality for data and reports.
effective communications with colleagues at all levels and with external international partners.
fluency in English, written and spoken.
**Desirable skills**:
experience in the usage of using liquid handling and automated screening stations is a very preferable skill.
excellent command of written and spoken English.
scientific awareness partnered with a creative mind.
client and marketing oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
