Borgo Pignano, a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming, is looking for an engaging and proactive CONCIERGE for the months from March to October 2025. Responsibilities

Take care of all concierge communication by email and phone, managing Guests' reservations and providing information. Provide quality service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Promote services in compliance with current standards and procedures. Assist and advise Guests choosing from a variety of service options such as restaurants, spa, internal and external activities, and arranging transportation. Process Guests' requests, anticipating their individual needs and requirements. Follow all Front Office policies, procedures, and service standards. Ensure effective communication between all departments involved in the process to provide the best Guest satisfaction. Embrace a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team. Maintain very high standards of hygiene, behavior, and grooming. Requirements

At least 1 year in a similar position. Think 5 stars and work in a professional and friendly manner. Proactively engage in teamwork and cooperate with co-workers. Anticipate the needs of Guests by paying extreme attention to details and customer service. Customer service orientation. Warm personality. Passion for service, courtesy, and discretion. Well-groomed with good communication skills. Excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, a second foreign language. Respect for nature and the values that the earth represents. Must own a car.
