For the next season, we are looking for a Concierge to join the team at Splendido Mare.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Main duties & responsibilities: Warmly welcomes guests and visitors upon arrival and makes them feel cared for and attended to Ensures that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point and delivered to room and upon departure collected from room on check out, following LQA standards; Run errands for guests as and when required.

Handle all messages, mails and parcels for guests and also for employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner Understands customer needs and provides them with personalised solutions by suggesting activities and facilities/services provided by the hotel.

Answers and redirect phone inquiries in a timely and respectful manner following LQA standards Assists guests who need information, offering restaurant recommendations and arranging transportation, excursions etc Provides information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations Acts as a "liaison" between guests and all departments necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotels Good communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure Fluent in Italian and English.

A third Language is required High standards of service Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Other requirements: Effective and punctual written and verbal communication in order to update relevant colleagues and department.

He/she exhibits the ability to successfully work together united within a group whilst showing respect and willing to share information and skills.

He/she is willing to continuously develop him/herself.

He/she should be accurate and precise in all duties and checks carried out.

He/she demonstrates a sense of urgency and take ownership of one's tasks and responsibilities.

He/she deals with multiple tasks and alters behaviour/priorities as changes occur and remains calm in pressurised situations.

Settore Turismo - Level 3, Concierge Start date: March 2025 to End date: January 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
