Mission of the Job

Ensure that the product configuration is fully controlled from definition to delivery and operations.

Implement Configuration Management Methods, Processes and related Tools along the entire product lifecycle to ensure the availability and consistency of relevant data (i. e.

requirements, design, manufacturing & service documentation, changes, deviations) and to ensure Product / Services configuration consistency.

Harmonization and Implementation of Configuration Management processes within Airbus Organization

Main activities

- Conduct and coordinate CM activities and be accountable for CM processes deliverables (change, product structure update, etc. . . ) within his/her area of responsibility (program/project level, major Component level, component level) with all involved parties (programmes, engineering, quality, manufacturing, customer services).

- Ability to manage and document change, including impact analysis and identification of repercussions during all phases of the change process.

- Ability to set up and drive change process including related deliverables for change of standard configuration, offer change (customisation), validities (point of embodiement).

- Define and consolidate Methods, Tools and digital solutions for Configuration Control and data management (PLM, System Engineering, Planning, Dashboarding)

- Harmonization and Implementation of Configuration Management processes within Airbus Organization

- Ability to set up and drive change process including related deliverables for change of standard configuration, offer change (customization), validities (point of embodiement).

- Knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned to the job held, including all applicable regulatory (EASA, ECSS, etc.

), standards (9100/9100/AQAP2110), legal, environmental requirements, policies, directives, processes and methods that need to be complied with

Education/Training:

Essential:

- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent

Desirable : Post-graduation degree

**Experience**:

Essential:

- At least 5÷7 years of work experience CDM

Desirable : Wide background in projects in the frame of ECSS standards and QMS standards (such as EN9100 or similar)

Tool or product requirements:

- MS Office

- Windchill

Languages:

- Italian

- Fluent in English
