Offer Description The research program is part of an interdisciplinary project concerning strategies for the valorization and social reuse of confiscated property.

It aims to deepen the understanding of principles, institutions, modalities, and problems in the field of confiscation from constitutionalist, publicist, and administrativeist perspectives.

The program intends to analyze constitutional principles, legislative procedures, and political-institutional processes related to the research topic.

It will also study the governance model of confiscated property, including regulatory and administrative coordination, and explore the use of AI to support administrative activities related to redestination.
