Offer DescriptionThe research program, which is part of an interdisciplinary project concerning strategies for the valorization and social reuse of confiscated property, aims to deepen, according to constitutionalist, publicist, and administrativeist perspectives, principles, institutions, modalities, and problems in the field of confiscation, within the more general framework of legislative policies oriented to the affirmation of the principle of legality.

In particular, the program intends to analyze, from a theoretical and applicative perspective, the constitutional principles, legislative procedures, and political-institutional processes related to the research topic, as well as the modalities related to the governance model of confiscated property, including from the perspective of regulatory and administrative coordination.

In addition, the program is geared toward the study of profiles related to the use of AI to support administrative activity related to the redestination.
