We are growing our global connected equipment and functionality to maintain our position as the "connected leader".

CNH is looking for an experience Project Manager to help execute these activities.

As a Project Manager, you'll be working with connectivity software and hardware integration for our global connected vehicles fleet.

You'll execute, track, report on ongoing and upcoming projects, implement new software, improved methods, features and processes to resolve the challenges of global connectivity management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own the project activities with telco partners and other key stakeholders to progress, monitor and report about ongoing activities and analytics

- Manage and maintain overall feature/project status by working cross-functionally with other CNHi development groups and 3rd party providers to provide an End-to-End solution

- Create and maintain a key milestone timeline for the connectivity software branch, highlighting integration and validation status

- Be the communication conduit for software feature requests & prioritization between Product Management and Engineering

- Create process flows & documentation where needed to support transition to a more agile software development environment

- Coordinate software feature demos with key stakeholders as needed

- Ensure projects are maintained and delivered according to the CNH internal development process which expands across project inception, development, validation, and commercialization.

- Identify and manage risks across the project and the various activities.

- Develop mitigation and communication plans and provide coaching and guidance on improving the risk profile of projects

- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean principles.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Required:

- Bachelor's degree

- 3 years of experience working in a project management or software/product delivery role in both waterfall and Agile program methodologies

- 3 years of experience in custom reporting software, APIs and cloud-based metrics

- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Italian

- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

- Proven experience and result track

- Preferred:

- Master's degree with focus in business or engineering

- Telecommunications background

- 3 years of experience working with data processing, data management, telematics or IoT role.

- Experience with mobile management systems and practices and vehicle management

- Knowledge of agricultural and telematic data and how it is used by the grower, dealer ecosystems and precision farming operations systems.

- 2 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing connected equipment reporting and analytics solutions

- Certified Scrum Master, Agile or other project management/program management certificates.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure
