The ASME Certified Individual (CI) shall provide oversight to ensure that each use of the Certification Mark, and "NB" mark, and appropriate Designator on a valve is in accordance with the requirements of ASME BPVC Section XIII or ASME I, and that each use of the Certification Mark and appropriate Designator is documented on the appropriate Certificate of Conformance.

As a Consolidated ASME Certified Individual, you will be responsible for:

- Verify that each item to which the ASME Certification Mark, and "NB" mark is applied meets all the applicable requirements of ASME BPVC Section XIII or ASME BPVC Section I and has a current capacity certification for the applicable UV or V Designator. Verification included but is not limited to:

- Primary and secondary pressure parts have been pressure tested as required.

- Each pressure relief device has been tested to demonstrate its set pressure is within permissible tolerance.

- A seat tightness test is conducted, and a secondary pressure zone test if required.

- For the ASME Certification Mark UV or V Designator, review New Relief Valve Traveler for each lot of items to be stamped to verify, for the lot, that requirements of ASME BPVC Section XIII or ASME BPVC Section I have been completed. When all requirements have been met the CI will initial and date New Relief Valve Traveler.

- Sign the Certificate of Compliance Form (UV-1 or P-8) prior to release of control of the item.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree and or Master's degree in Technology/Engineering

- Proven progressive industry experience and demonstrated success/knowledge (areas of experience - Quality or Engineering or Manufacturing)

- Certified Individual experience for ASME products advantageous

- Knowledge of safety or control valves

- Understanding of production and quality documents

- Knowledge of ASME codes

- Understanding of business organisation and logistics flows

- Be Independent

- Have good communication and be concise

- Strong leadership and rigour in execution of assigned duties

- English/Italian proficiency required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, Managers and Subject Matter Experts

- SAP/Oracle Knowledge
