Consolidation Analyst
Job Description The successful candidate will perform the following activities:
Supporting role in the implementation project of a new solution for sub-consolidation of the Asset Management companies, based on CCH Tagetik. Analysis of IFRS aggregated and consolidated data. Monitoring of the correctness of the data uploaded in the system, according to both the Group Accounting Policy, market standards for Asset Managers, and the IFRS accounting standards. Management of the data consolidation both in the ordinary course of business and in cases of extraordinary transactions, ensuring the application of good standards of automation. Contribution to the Generali Group Consolidated Financial Statement production. Preparation of reports and ad hoc analyses on the Legal Entities and on specific items of the financial statement. Requirements Must have:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or alike disciplines. 1+ years of experience in Finance sector, preferably in the Asset Management sector. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and BI reporting tools. Fluent in English. Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Experience in financial consolidation processes will be a plus. Soft skills:
Comfortable with working under pressure and with tight deadlines. Meticulous and team player. Content-driven, analytics mindset, with ability to get deep in the details as well as grasping the bigger picture and the business dynamics quickly. Excellent interpersonal skills given the need to interact with a variety of legal entities across different countries and professionals of different seniorities.
