She/He will have the opportunity to support the function in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements, supporting the accounting team for subsequent intercompany consolidations and eliminations, monitoring the company#39;s consolidation system, and maintaining the Group Chart of Accounts and other data model metrics/dimensions within the consolidation system. Key Responsibilities:Support the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (annual, half-yearly and quarterly), prepared in accordance with IFRS. Analyze Reporting Packages submitted by consolidated companies, both Italian and foreign, checking for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Carry out the necessary balancing and reconciliations. Updating consolidation entries. Support the preparation of the financial reports to be filed within SEC. Support the preparation of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements. Support the preparation of reporting for the Board of Directors, top management, and institutions outside the company. Support the annual update of the Group manual according to IFRS standards and managing the centralized chart of accounts. Support in handling requests from the auditing firm. Provide functional direction, training, and support to local reporting units. Support subsidiaries' administration department in reporting process and accounting issues. Prepare the reporting package of some minor legal entities. Intercompany reconciliations. Qualifications:Education: Master degree in accounting, finance or related field. +3 years#39; experience in auditing firms or in similar roles in medium to large companies. English proficiency. Knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards (as well as OIC). Experience in consolidation processes is a plus. Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation criteria. Knowledge of general accounting. Excellent knowledge of Office. Good organizational skills, autonomy, result orientation, flexibility, ability to relate to different stakeholders with a collaborative spirit.
