Job Description Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. , a nationally recognized residential construction consulting firm, is seeking RESIDENTIAL construction professionals in the Naples, FL area.

We are seeking highly motivated and competent individuals with a proven track record to perform Code and Quality Control Inspections, Training, and Energy Verification Testing.

To qualify for this position, you must: Have 3+ years of solid experience with a volume home builderHave a stable employment recordHave excellent communication skills, both written and oralHave strong leadership and interpersonal skillsBe comfortable with computer technologyHave a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportationHave a professional appearance and demeanorBe able to climb ladders, walk on roofs, carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. , and enter tight areasHave excellent knowledge of all phases of new home constructionBe able to read and review construction plansOther attributes that are a strong plus: Be a Certified HERs Rater or Field TesterBe certified in other "Green Building" programsBe an ICC Residential Energy Code Plans Examiner/InspectorBe IRC Certified in Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, ElectricalBe Commercial Certified in Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, ElectricalThis is a full-time, salaried position with a standard 5-day work week.
