COMPANY PROFILE
In the APAC Parts Commercial & Customer Support department, Product Support & Technical Training team, we are searching for a **Product Technical Expert**:he/she will provide detailed technical support for designated products within the CNHi range of CE, acting as the key interface between Importers, Service zone managers, Technical support groups, throughout the CNHi markets and regions, and the Internal CNHi organization.
Represents the voice of the customer and is the ultimate technical expert within CNH for their designated Product Ranges
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical concern investigation: analysis of technical problems & proposal of corrective actions/solutions for designated products range assigned
- Prioritize technical & quality issues using ASiST, WSR and other sources and ensure an appropriate visibility of issues to the CPM & EWT process
- Liaise with Global PTS teams, to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns: technical, durability / reliability, safety issues & top Issue management (ASiST escalation to level 3)
- Support Global PTS with technical Information communications; Snu, Service Bulletin, PIP Bulletins
- Parts Technical support to the Importers thru ASiST, managing the Level1 & escalation.
Parts list preparation for CE portfolio according with Subregions request
- Support Aftersales / Commercial meetings, being the product technical representative for the designated products
- Visit the Field & Clients investigating specific concerns; to understand the local requirements, promote the Brand image and to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Interaction with all relevant internal departments /regions to facilitate correct visibility and timely reaction to highlighted concerns, including Global Product Support, Platform Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Logistics, Warranty
- Identify Product Improvement Programme needs
- Support Training & Technical Publications with product specific Knowledge and experience
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Construction or Agricultural background
- 3-5 years' experience in service-related function or engineering
- Good customer service skills - Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written & verbal skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in multicultural and remote teams
- Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time
