He verifies and ensures that all activities are performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required. Activity and Main Responsibilities To perform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA); Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, preparing any revisions; Update the HSE documentation during all construction phases when deemed necessary; Check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulations, and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure compliance; Organize, plan, and participate in periodic HSE walkarounds, inspections, and audits on site, prepare all relevant reports, action plans, verify follow-up, and timely execution of corrective actions; Organize, coordinate, and directly participate in HSE training activities on site; Organize and participate in all relevant site HSE meetings, preparing the relevant Minutes of Meeting (MOM); Co-operate with the Client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits; In case of work accidents, organize a full investigation of the event, aimed at identifying corrective measures to avoid reoccurrence; Keep accident records, identifying areas where prevention must be addressed; Perform and promote the indoctrination/training of personnel; Lead and coordinate the activities of the Site HSE Committee (composed of all Contractor and Subcontractors HSE Representatives); Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mock activities; Prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodic reports; Prepare and update the Site HSE Statistics, verifying performance versus the Project and corporate HSE Objectives, Targets, and performance indicators; Propose recovery plans in case of mismatches.
