For its nationwide PM team ENERCON is looking for a

**CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

The profile, reporting directly to the Regional Head of PM Construction, **will be concerned with the following activities**:

- Manages and technically supports wind farm construction sites, beginning with the construction of access roads and crane platforms through cabling, foundations, substation works up to the installation and acceptance of wind turbines

- Responsible for the implementation and fulfilment of HSE requirements

- Plans and coordinates internal site structure and subcontractors

- Monitors the construction processes and progress, and compliance with the project planning

- Continuous site reporting

- Manages costs by ensuring compliance with budgets and approval of invoices

- Contact person for authorities, internal audits and external certified experts for any site related items

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Energy/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

- Prior experience of at least 2-4 years in similar role

- Familiarity with engineering and knowledge of energy industry technical standards

- Excellent organizational skills, accurate report issuance, strategic plan management

- Analytical thinking and habit of working by objectives

- Great flexibility, problem solving skills and positive attitude required

- Fluent knowledge of English is essential for success in the position
