SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

**Posizione**:

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager based on one of our construction projects abroad.

The Construction Manager, reporting directly to the PM, manages and organises all the production activities required for delivering to the Client, within the scheduled timeframe and at the estimated costs, products reaching the quality standards dictated by SICIM.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:

- planning and programming the production activities in detail, putting into practice the works planning and programming developed by the PM, so as to maintain the delivery schedule;

- enforcing the operational procedures applicable to the various process phases;

- arranging suitable initiatives, on the basis of the PM's instructions, to ensure that the production personnel are sufficiently trained to be able to carry out their work guaranteeing a constant level of efficacy;

- placing all the means and documents required to obtain a product in compliance with specifications at the disposal of the production personnel;

- taking part, in the event of Non-Conformities, in the determining of the corrective actions, implementing those within his own competence;

- keeping the environments and production equipment at high levels of efficiency and cleanliness so as not to compromise the performance of the operators and the quality of the product;

- having the controls laid down and essential for maintaining a constantly acceptable level of quality duly carried out on the basis of the Quality Plans.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position in pipeline construction projects, Oil & Gas sector;

- Strong Organizational Skills;

- Able to work as a Team Member and Manage personnel;

- Experienced in using modern PC software;

- Fluent command of English both verbal and written;

- Sound experience in interfacing with client together with strong reporting abilities.
