The Construction Manager is responsible for preparing and monitoring the construction of the wind and solar projects entrusted to him, from obtaining administrative permits (managed by the development team) to commissioning the projects.

He is also the technical contact for development support and monitoring of electrical connection requests and the liaison for hygiene, safety and working conditions. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, preparing and contracting for construction, and monitoring the construction of wind and/or solar projects. Provide technical support during the development and financing phases of the project. Provide pre-planning support (provisional layout, manufacturability, search for local partners, etc.

)Design, prepare and contract construction, and monitor construction of wind and solar projectsManage the procedures and/or work of connecting projects to the grid, with the support of the Group's Grid Connection ManagerManage the technical design of projects and the technological choices made in order to optimize technical and economic aspectsManage studies and services carried out internally and/or outsourced to external consulting firmsCoordinate and supervise site work, manage subcontractors and chair site meetings;Conduct QHSE inspections, in coordination with the Group QHSE Manager;Depending on the organization established for each project, supervise construction supervisors or delegated project managers;Manage construction contracts, including disputes and acceptance;Manage the planning and business plan of projects in the pre-construction and construction phases;Manage administrative procedures related to construction and commissioning;Supervise project commissioning, reserve removal, performance testing, and handover to the Group O&M department;Manage project documentation;Monitor technological developments in their field of business;Monitor new safety standards or regulatory constraints.
