The offer includes a collaboration contract on a VAT basis.

On-site presence is required. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in construction, project management or equivalent as a minimum. A minimum of ten years' experience managing medium-volume projects on luxury developments. Experience managing the permitting process and dealing with local jurisdiction. PMP or similar qualifications are an advantage. Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills (both internal and external). A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible. In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English is required.
