NOTE: You must have the right to work in Italy without sponsorship for this role About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P6 Planner for our client to join their client-side onsite construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of a high value, landmark complex building and civil infrastructure projects in the cruise Port and terminal industry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including all activities, durations, dependencies, and resources. Actively report to progress to the Commercial & Project leaders. Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and develop recovery plans. Conduct critical path analysis and identify critical activities. Prepare and present project schedule reports to project managers and stakeholders. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedule accuracy and updates. Assist with the development of project plans and proposals. Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks. Ensure compliance with project plans and contractual obligations. Constructively challenge the contractor and its planning and construction teams. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering/Building, MICE/MCIOB, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in using Primavera P6 for scheduling and planning complex construction projects (5 years plus). Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
