Construction Project Manager – Leading IPP (Renewable Energy) Hunter Philips Executive Search Construction Project Manager – Leading IPP (Solar PV & BESS) | Substantially Backed & Growing Our client, a well-funded and expanding Independent Power Producer (IPP) specializing in renewable energy, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization with a strong project pipeline and significant financial backing. Key Responsibilities: Manage EPC contracts , optimizing time, cost, and quality. Oversee full-cycle construction activities , ensuring seamless handover to O&M and Asset Management teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations (national and EU). Monitor project progress (physical and financial), analysing deviations and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to define specifications and secure key components. Support financial reporting , working with project control teams on economic progress updates. Candidate Profile: Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in renewable energy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent Italian & English (additional languages are a plus). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
