**RESEARCH

**CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Specifically, he will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of a project, he must necessarily have technical training/attitude/skilles to be able to enter into the project dynamics.

He will also be responsible for the economic management of the project - from risk assessment to the management of tangible and intangible resources.

Added to this is the importance of relational skills, creativity and inventiveness.

**SPECIFIC POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Support and manage overall program and project coordination

- Monitor the work plan, economic aspects

- Support the definition and monitoring of the budget/cash flow and project time schedule

- Carry out quantitative and economic analyses

**EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- Previous experience as a Project Manager of at least three years;

- Strong ability to plan and use the main Project Management tools;

- Excellent ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;

- Fluent English (also knowledge of German is a plus);

- Excellent problem solving and leadership skills;

- Develop project plans;

- Check, monitor, create project documentation;

- Planning and time management;

- Direct all phases of the project, monitoring the results;

Degrees in Management Engineering or similar are preferred.
