Construction Project Manager (Data Centers)We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a data centre construction project on a 12-month freelance contract.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all phases of the data centre construction project. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee site management, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems. Identify and resolve project risks, issues, or delays. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications. Report project progress and key updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects. Bachelor's degree or above in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects, preferably within the data centre sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Relevant degree or certifications in construction management or engineering. Previous freelance or contract experience is a plus.
