Tasks

- Responsible for overseeing construction across 2 to 3 projects simultaneously

- Coordinate and supervise all types of communication with internal and external stakeholders such as architects, suppliers, and subcontractors

- Supervise and analyze costs and budgets for projects

- Continuous site monitoring to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines

- Close oversight of consultants, ensuring compliance with legal regulations

- Analysis and technical assessments of potential properties

- Negotiation with suppliers, analyzing tender results to align with budget objectives

- Conducting follow-up studies, approving quotes and invoices

- Internal coordination with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure the project runs smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a construction project management position

- Comprehensive understanding of construction, regulations, and urban planning

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and handle various tasks in a dynamic setting

- Adaptability to thrive in a quickly expanding company within an international context

- Living in Milan or willing to relocate!
