RINA is currently recruiting for a Construction Supervisor to join its office in Fano, Roma, Milano, Italy.

**Main Tasks**:

- Develop plans and implement solutions for the variety of elements within an engineering construction site

- Provide direct support to engineers or engineering teams in managing on-site supervision activities, collecting data, presenting documentation to officials and other daily tasks

- Responsible for the production and execution of the assigned projects

- Establish the working relationship with the operations management necessary to facilitate the coordination and execution of the project work, in such a way as to minimize the operational impact

- Responsible for the development of technical skills in the field of construction engineering

- Assist the PM during the execution of the project

- Ensure that accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout all projects

- Track engineering progress against budget and planned schedule

- Participate and lead risk assessments and actively manage project and company risks

- Responsible for the technical and contractual closure of the project and ensures the project report

- Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules and execution plans

**Desired skills and experience**:

- At least 7 years' experience in the same role

- Ability to implement change

- Ability to implement medium-term priorities and plan activities

- Ability to make sure your team is achieving their goals

- Experience as responsible for complex customer needs

- Effective communication style and ability to influence small groups of people

- Ability to lead a team / project

- Qualified to have leadership in a project, define strategies, methodologies to coordinate technical resources

- Computer skills, in particular computer-assisted construction supervision (Primavera and MS Projetc or Primus)

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Able to read, write and speak in English

- FIDIC certification preferably
