A small niche General Contractor, with 25 years in business specializing in high-end woodwork needs a project supervisor position filled.

Seeking qualified candidate to be the onsite Construction Project Supervisor for a high-end restaurant build out.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, effectively monitoring, provide updates to project team members and produce daily progress documentation.

Supervisor will be present on the construction site in order to ensure that set standards are adhered to.

Ideal candidates would be able to wear many hats, must be thorough, organized, have an exceptional eye for detail, and be prepared for anything at any.

Responsibilities:Supervise onsite subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients as neededMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsComply with City and County building regulationsMaintain project administration in a correct and timely mannerMeet company operation standards by contributing construction information to assist strategic plans and reviewsAccomplish construction project results by defining project purpose and scopeAssist with construction approval of trades by conducting inspections at critical phasesPrevent fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codesMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, OSHA standards, and proceduresQualifications & Skills:Familiarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesDeadline and detail-orientedMinimum 7 years' experience in residential or commercial construction or in a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel & WordExcellent oral and written communication skillsBe detail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable with computer and phoneAbility to self-start and prioritize tasks and projects with little supervisionAbility to communicate and work independently as well as part of a teamMinimum high school diploma; advanced degree, coursework and/or certifications preferableAbility to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawingsAbility to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlinesGreat time management and problem-solving skillsCompany Description: There are unique qualities our company contributes to each project offering an alternative in our industry.
