The CST will provide the following tasks:Performing Audit /Analysis/Interpretation of IFC construction drawings and specifications to identify security vulnerabilities (technical, physical) and associated threats to vulnerabilities associated with Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705). Applying knowledge of all 16 standard construction divisions and security requirements and standards with technical threats posed by foreign intelligence services to mitigate threats to satisfaction of US Government. Providing critical advanced technical knowledge in support of unique security requirements inherent in US Top Secret SCIF operations. Reporting to the Site Security Manager for all technical security requirements. Documentation of all technical standards necessary for SCIF accreditation. Performing in-depth investigations to anomalies associated with all 16 construction divisions which pose significant threat to US Government mission. Observing all construction and construction workers to apply counterintelligence surveillance strategy. Experience/Understanding in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, PHOTOINT, IMINT techniques and construction principles. Technical Description/Skills:Identifying Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Understanding and can assess static security techniques and procedures. Understanding and can interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Understanding and can practice construction security surveillance techniques. Understanding and can practice vehicle and personnel search techniques. Familiarity with state-of-the-art development of intercept devices. Knowledge of foreign intelligence and counterintelligence devices and techniques. Understanding of technical/mechanical components/systems on Plumbing and HVAC/Mechanical systems. Knowledge of structural steel/welds/fireproofing and associated QA/QC practices. Understanding of electrical systems including distribution/power/low voltage installation. Knowledge of telecommunication systems/wiring/splicing/patching. Required Training/Certifications:CST Certification course (40 hrs. )

within the last 5 years or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire. Must be able to obtain/maintain TS/SCI eligibility. Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of specialized experience (SSM/CST leadership preferred) ORHigh School Diploma with 8 years of specialized experience (SSM/CST leadership preferred) OR9 years of specialized experience (construction of security preferred).
