BUSINESS ACTIVITIESYou will be the main point of contact to your Clients with the aim to source the best Hotel and event location for their meetings, conferences, or incentives.

As Meetings & Events Consultant (HelmsBriscoe Associate) you will:Be responsible for building and developing your own Client base portfolio (there is no Client list assigned). Select and present the most suitable venues to your Clients. Support the Client in the decision-making process and negotiate the best rates and conditions. Review the contract with the venue on behalf of the Client. Recommend partners such as DMCs/event management companies, audio-visual suppliers, and others. Be based in Italy. CANDIDATE PROFILEStrong focus on customer service. Fluent in English.

Any other languages are a plus. Autonomous way of working and team player. Strong background in hotel sales, agency, national/international event and conference planning. Sales and hotel contract negotiations, commercial and administrative. High levels of attention to detail. Work from home office. Financial independence and freedom. PERSONALITY:Self-motivated. Entrepreneur and eager to drive business. Relationship builder, networker. PROPOSALAdvanced technology to efficiently provide Client solutions. Local support and training by regional team leaders.
