The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as experience in the IT industry focused on logistics and distribution.

They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

The PM IT Warehouse Support Specialist, reporting to the IT headquarters in EMEA, will also be the point of contact as onsite support at the respective distribution center, providing specialized support services on project activities and business operations.

Providing project management support to project teams, ensuring activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Support and monitor the implementation of new projects for the warehouse. Lead and coordinate autonomously project parts. Monitor project risks and dependencies and ensure mitigation strategies are in place. Facilitate project status reporting, including regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Collect and translate business needs into ICT tasks. Work closely with other IT product owners & business stakeholders to ensure alignment and service excellence. Ensure IT applications availability with high service level. Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Participate, lead, and minute meetings with internal clients and suppliers. Prepare periodical project follow-up reports to closely follow the different activities. Maintain standard operating procedures for common situations. Get acquainted with business activities, following with methods, processes, and regulations communication. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English and Italian (mandatory). Synthesis and reporting of key events. Good interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills required. Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining transparency and clarity. Establishing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (industrial, mechanical, business administration, computer science, information systems, or other industry-related curriculum) and relevant work experience. 4 or more years of relevant professional experience in warehouse logistics and distribution IT projects. MS Office and other general desktop software experience required. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e. g. , ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite). Any certifications are a plus. Skills: Good project management, communication, and organizational skills. Independent and self-reliant working style. Strong organizational & time management skills.

Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and change direction on short notice in an effective manner. Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Monitor and control the progress of a project, managing risks and resources efficiently. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Reactivity and proactivity skills, anticipating IT problems, possible solutions, needs, and risks. Ability to work with different stakeholders to discuss, analyze processes, and propose new solutions. Team working and collaborative skills in a multicultural environment is a must-have. Focused on user/customer satisfaction. Understanding of software development life cycle, IT infrastructure, and business operations.
