About the Company:

for an innovative and digital reality, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Consultancy Manager (Rome).

Core responsibilities:

Coordinate the Consulting Team, including supervision, scheduling, policies, procedures, best practices, professional development and discipline.

Train and develop Consulting Team professionals.

Evaluate technical and non-technical skills of the team and ensure there is an appropriate level of expertise.

Design, implement and enforce the policies, procedures and best practices for their team.

Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day activities.

Establish performance objectives and reviews with all team members.

Ensure continual process improvement within the Consulting Team.

Ensure adherence of operational metrics.

Travel to client's locations if is required.

Performs security assessments of information technology (IT) systems to verify they comply with applicable security standards.

Performs reviews and assessments of organizational security controls (policies, processes, configurations) to verify they comply with applicable security standards.

Coordinates with client organizations to perform security audit activities.

Review / prepares reports that document findings from security assessments and testing.

Assists with development and implementation of security standards and best practices.

Interfaces with various architects, technicians, and business leaders to understand organizational needs, capabilities, and constraints related to IT security.

Learns and adapts to new technologies in the ever-changing world of Information Security.

Creates and documents security and privacypolicies, procedures, or contractual

Job requirements Skills:

Prior demonstrated experience in teams leadership, employee development and interpersonal communication.

Strong supervisory skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate all security services within the realm of risk management, convey information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels.

Ability to interact with other employees in a professional, articulate manner.

Ability to develop clear, concise documentation.

Self-driven desire to research and learn more about the information security landscape.

Motivation to constantly improve processes and methodologies.

Ability to travel.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including good presentations.

Can multi-task, communicate clearly, learn new technologies and processes, and provide support to process/solution owners.

Ability to work within high-performing virtual teams and highly collaborative.

Ability to work with resources in multiple locations and business units.

Broad knowledge and experience in project management methodologies.

At least a bachelor's or master's degree with qualifications in computer science, telecommunication engineering and information technology, cyber security, or equivalent education experience.

Languages:

Local Language.

Fluent in English read/write/oral (at least, C1 level).
