E4IMPACT FOUNDATION GHANA**:E4Impact Ghana is a branch of the E4Impact Foundation Italy. It supports the start-up and growth of businesses in Africa through MBAs, entrepreneurship programs, and business accelerators, combining economic success with social and environmental impact in 30 African Countries.

**ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT**:E4Impact invites qualified consultants with demonstrated experience in Training of Business Advisors to lead the coaching capacity-building component for university tutors in Ghana. The consultant is expected to enhance the coaching capacities and methodologies of the entrepreneurial programs coaches to be able to support students and entrepreneurs with their business projects and create business connections. The consultant will work closely with the project team and university faculties to fulfil this assignment.

**SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES

- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to identify the current capabilities and gaps in university related to offering advisory and coaching services to participants in green and digital entrepreneurship programs.

- **Design Training Path**: Develop program manuals including advising and coaching tools as well as assessment methods to be transferred to university with the ultimate goal of building advising and coaching capacities in the field of green and digital entrepreneurial programs.

- **Execution of Training Path**: select and supporting the training of university personnel both online and in presence as well as assess competences accrued by university personnel, design and execute remediation plans, deliver evaluation reports.

- **Program Execution**: support partner universities in the execution of green and digital entrepreneurship program, assess quality of delivery by partner universities, support impact measurement of programs on participants.

- **Ecosystem Building**: establish a wide network of consulting firms, incubators, accelerators, investors, financial intuitions and the like to support the development of businesses to be started and scaled by entrepreneurs participating in green and digital entrepreneurship programs,

The consultant will be responsible for coordinating all the business coaches across the universities.

**REMUNERATION

- The maximum gross salary for this position is **€1, 000 per month**.

- 3 months' probation period and thereafter 1 to 3 years renewable upon review.

- The salary will be paid in Euros.

**REQUIREMENTS

- A bachelor's degrees in business administration preferably a Master or MBA.

- A minimum of 3 years' demonstrable experience with business advisory/coaching experience.

- Experienced in business start-ups, scale-up and business consulting.

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

- Being a chartered professional will be considered a plus.

- Have a wide knowledge of, and linkages with, the entrepreneurial-business ecosystem in Ghana.

- Strong Network of Entrepreneurial Players: 15 points

- Evidence of work with Investors, Consulting Firms, Incubators & Accelerators: +15 points

**Interpersonal Skills (10 points)

- Good Knowledge/Certification in Microsoft Office: 5 points max

- Good Command of English Language: 5 points max

- Familiarity of Challenges faced by Universities Embedding Entrepreneurial Programs: 5 points max
