ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Team Leader of HR Integration, the HR Integration Analyst will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Support the definition, implementation and testing of the integration between Workday and SAP HR;
- Support the cut-over, the go-live and post go-live phases of integration roll out by scenario.
- Prepare business requirements relating to the development of HR Management Information Systems;
- Analyze integration errors and liaise with stakeholders in business and technical units to seek solutions, identify workarounds and provide guidance to users;
- Provide expert level troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Manage & Monitor live integrations, between workday and SAP, identifying data and technical issues, and escalating as needed.
- Perform system reconciliation and data analysis as needed,
- Perform any other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education:
University degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or Business Administration.
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of postgraduate relevant experience in Human Resources with preferably experience in an international context;
- Experience in conducting business analysis, data analysis and preparing business requirements for system development, in performing testing and system deployment;
- Experience with HRIS such as SAP or Workday
- Experience in designing business processes and using modelling tools.
- UN experience desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in functional analysis, and testing;
- Ability to work and deliver results within a highly complex organizational environment (i. e.
with diverse team, matrix structure, highly evolving operational context and staff working hardship locations);
- Understanding of data modeling techniques;
- Undertanding of system integrations;
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel;
- Analytical mind and business acumen & strong mathematical skills;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of HR data, time dependent data and workforce analytics an asset.
Languages:
- Fluency in oral and written English with an intermediate knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) or Portuguese (one of WFP's working languages).
