Job Description:The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

You willBe an active member of a consolidated team with a scope of 360° consultancyDeliver omnichannel media plan given a budget and a media objectiveProvide daily support to Client lead in responding to Client requirementsReport and support Client in daily workflowDeliver the competitive analysis and market insight (focus luxury) to elevate consultancy tasksResponsibilitiesManage the operative relationship with assigned clientsPlanning and media management (offline and online integrated) according to the guidelines supplied by the ManagerCompetitive analysisActive participation in the definition of communication strategies, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client ManagerCoordination with creative agencies for adv materialsCoordination with media owners for assigned spaces with focus on Print OOH and Key market partners (On + Offline)Participation in meetings with clients and market stakeholdersRequirementsA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in media planning (agency Media or Brand Internal media team), must have offline experience, online is nice to haveManagement of international Clients with a structured reporting workflowOperative knowledge of media tools (MCS/Nielsen)High propensity for teamworkGood knowledge of English spoken and writtenAccuracy, precision, attention to detailAble to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyProactivityProblem-solving approachIf you believe you match these skills, please apply!
