For our **Real World Solutions Team** in Milan, we are looking for a Consultant in **_Outcome Research and Real World Evidence (OR&RWE). _

**Open **Position Description

**Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects activities, managing timelines and projects' quality while ensuring projects are delivered on budget

- Manage clients' communication

- Help organizing the work of junior team members and ensuring quality controls on projects

- Writing of proposals and participation in bid defense meetings

- Communicate results through **_scientific publications _**and**_ poster_

**Requirements**:

- MSc degree in **_Statistics_**, or advanced degrees (PhD) in **_Statistics/Biostatistics/Econometrics_** or any other related field with a **quantitative background**:

- At least **2-years working experience in the medical and scientific field or similar**:

- Experience in **RWE study design**, planning and execution, **including protocol development** and analysis specification following best methodological standards

- Good understanding of the **statistical methods, drug life cycle** and **Italian health care system**:

- Ability to drive interpretation of analyses in collaboration with RWE colleagues, and communicating analysis interpretation internally and externally

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with **Excel** and **Power Point**:

- Proficiency in **English** and **Italian**, both oral and written

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

- ** Ability to manage multiple projects**, juggle priorities and deliver on **tight deadlines**:

- Affinity for a collaborative, team-oriented environment

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

**Location**: Milan - Hybrid contract
