Within our **Primary Market Research** area, the Consultant will work on the design and management of **Social Media Listening solutions**, playing an active role in supporting the coordination of delivery activities and the development of the offering for our clients dedicated to the investigation of market dynamics related to their products (online reputation, brand image, patient experience, content strategy, etc.

)

The Consultant will:

- Participate in kick-off meetings to **gather business clients' requests** related to social media listening and digital solutions

- Work on design the best strategies/approaches working closely with delivery team (off-shore) and coordinating their tasks (i. e.

social listening tool setup including keywords, query parameters and dashboards)

- Generate **key insights** from data/information collected through qualitative and quantitative analysis and knowledge in **text mining software** (i. e.

_NVivo_, _ _T-LAB, TALTAC_)

- Create reports and **client presentations**:

- Support senior members of the team in **expanding IQVIA's offering on social media/digital solutions

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or equivalent preferably in _Digital Communication_, _Marketing_, _Market Research_, _Humanities, Foreign Languages _

- At least **4 years-experience in market research companies/social media agencies/communication agencies**:

- Previous experience in the use of **web**/**social listening tools, management** of **web/social listening projects**:

- Previous experience in the _healthcare area will be considered a plus_

- Fluent in **English** and **Italian**: spoken and written

- Excellent knowledge and ownership of Office suite with specific reference to **Excel** and **Power Point**:

- Demonstrates, critical thinking and excellent skills in data analysis and synthesis

- Skilled in both oral and written communication; strong ability in organization and teamwork; client focus.
