For our client we are currently looking for a:

Location: Rome (onsite)

Contract: B2B

As a Consulting Engineer , you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced technical solutions, working directly with customers to align technology with business outcomes.

This onsite position in Rome requires expertise in networking, strong communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Assist with integrating tools, systems, and service assurance for customer environments.

Build test environments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Lead the creation of technical deliverables, including high- and low-level designs, and change management plans.

Collaborate with internal and external teams on pre-sales activities, strategy, and solution design.

Drive knowledge sharing and improve field-developed solutions for broader use.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

5-8 years of experience in networking and solution delivery.

Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching; CCNP certification and 3+ years of hands-on experience preferred.

Skills & Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
