What you will do Advising strategically our clients working for Innovation, R&D, Medical Affairs or Marketing activities of major pharmaceutical groups in ItalyManaging a team of consultants; this includes project supervision and continuing team trainingManaging the Quality of the projects that you or your team performElaborating along with our Business Development Managers our commercial proposals, defining the most appropriate methodology and budget to answer to various client's needsYou will report directly to the Business Unit DirectorYour profile Must-have: You already have a work experience (4-5 years) in consultingYou have a previous experience in project managementA graduate (Master of Science) or a postgraduate degree (PhD) in a scientific or business fieldFluency in Italian and English, French is a plusRequested qualities: Strong interpersonal skills – organizational/project planning – taste for excellence – entrepreneurship – ambition – autonomy – creativity – charisma – leadershipPassionate about Healthcare, marketing, new technologies, new businesses and innovationInternational experiences will be appreciatedJoin the adventure!
