Placed in one of the fastest-growing markets, Quick Algorithm is a recently established and fast-growing Data-Science start-up based in Milan.

We have developed Scops, a SaaS solution that helps companies in the manufacturing and industrial sector to collect and analyse data coming from their physical assets.

After two years of tremendous growth, we have been selected as one of the 6 startups of the Bocconi4Innovation Acceleration Program.

**WHAT WILL YOUR JOB OFFER BE LIKE?

- **_ Contract type:_** Internship

- **_ Desired Start Date:_** **ASAP

- **_ Length:_** 3-6 months, with the possibility of full-time extension based on performance and cultural fitting

- **_ Desired Availability:_** 40 Hours/Week

- **_ Location: _**Milan, Italy, with the possibility of working from remote

- **_ Pay range: _**€800 month net full-time-equivalent plus access to the canteen.

**WHERE DOES THE MAGIC HAPPEN?

We work in a vibrant co-working space called Talent Garden located in a very up and coming neighborhood, with plenty of hip pubs for aperitivos where we celebrate our victories.

The co-working space has a warm and welcoming crowd of all ages allowing plenty of knowledge sharing and hangout opportunities.

(Given the Covid-19 pandemic, the internship could be at least partially carried out from remote).

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT QUICK ALGORITHM

- Support the team in various consultancy activities

- Manage complex and varying day-to-day tasks from multiple clients

- Help the team to develop POCs for potential clients

- Enhancing business development by creating presentations and POCs

- Support the team in the product development management

- Support the business team in designing business strategies and planning strategic milestones

- Support the team in designing and implementing business operations

- Perform internal research activities, write and submit company reports

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU BEFORE YOU JOIN

- Current enrollment in a undergraduate/graduate with a core focus on Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics (ideal is a combination of Business/Economics and Technology)

- Must have a strong interest or background in digital/technology innovation, specifically in Data-Science, Artificial Intelligence, IoT or Industry 4. 0, and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Basic statistics background

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar)

- Ability to present in front of clients

- Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge about innovation methods, tools and techniques (such as Design Thinking) is a plus

- Expertise from previous internships in innovation departments, telecommunication, consulting, startups and/or corporate strategy is extremely valuable

- Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet

- Not afraid of the occasional curveball

- Ability to work with a small group and manage a great deal of information, tasks, and relationships

- Strong attention to detail when it matters, ability to work quickly but precisely

- Self-starter with excellent time management skills

- Ability to adapt and work well with all team members

- You should be extremely detail-oriented and well organised with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excited about working in the Tech space & a start-up environment

- Fluent in English and Italian
