The Professional Services Competence Center follows all project phases, bringing an active contribution and working closely with the Customer on projects internationally, which include implementation of CCH Tagetik solutions and business process optimization choices.

We are seeking a professional with substantial experience in designing and leading transformation programs in CPM or ERP at national and international clients, experience gained at innovation and transformation-oriented consulting firms. - You will be working on exciting projects and create client impact. - You will be working at the forefront of innovation and cooperate with well-known clients as well.

You will be working in a team with talented and passionate CCH Tagetik Consultants on achieving shared goals.

You will be developing junior staff and support the resolution of project and implementation issues.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

- Management of innovative end-to-end CCH TAGETIK implementation projects including business requirements collection, solution design, implementation support, test supervision, business preparation, preparation of training material up to go-live and post-go-live support-

- Managing business readiness and post-implementation support as per client's changing requirements post go-live- Managing onshore and offshore delivery teams including reviewing / challenging outputs produced by team members and providing guidance to junior team members- Coordinate and monitors team activities, supporting the development of junior staff through mentoring, training, and guidance- Manage periodic update meetings and maintenance of departmental KPIs- Provide feedback to the Director on key client and team issues- Organize work, assigns specific responsibilities to team members- Manage escalations on critical and complex scenarios proper

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar- Significant hands-on consulting experience at a Big 4, major systems integrator or top tier consulting firm or a transformation change role in industry.

Exposure to end-to-end implementations. - Hands on exposure and experience to EPM program delivery using the prevailing CCH TAGETIK solutions- Experience of working within the Finance or Accounts department with good understanding of the Planning & Budgeting and Financial consolidation & Cost processes- Experience in managing clients for roll-out of EPM systems implementation including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support models- Good technology and business skills- Good analytical and problem-solving skills (business & technical)- Confident communication style with strong presentation skills- Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team- Fluent in English- Available to travel
