Sunday and one rotational day off per week. Your ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests. Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. What We're Looking ForLanguages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2). Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. Compensation BenefitsBase Salary: 895 EUR gross/month (14 months). Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR/day (1, 908. 72 EUR per annum). Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month (240 EUR per annum).
