ICS Internship Consumer Product Marketing

**American Express**, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student with strong marketing attitude and knowledge, to gain professional experience while collaborating on a real business project in the Italian Consumer Product Marketing team.

**They will be involved in the following activities**:

As part of the Consumer Product Marketing team, you will work on a project aimed to develop a new Credit Card dedicated to university students (18-25 years old), with the following activities:

- Understanding the Digital Payment market in Italy

- Understanding the Amex business models and main Key Performance Indicators

- Analyzing the target market and defining the key personas

- Analyzing the competitors and their products' offer

- Design the value proposition for the new product and the high-level launch plan

**What you will need to succeed

- You are a student at Economics & Business, Management and Computer Science or Data Science and Management.

- You are fluent in English, have a good knowledge of Italian.

- You have good knowledge and practice in use Office tools (Excel and PPT).

- You are a good communicator.

- You be motivated and good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude.

- You pay attention to details and have strong analytical skills.

- You are curious and thinking outside the box.
