JOB PURPOSEThe main purpose of this position is the control and the monitoring of purchase requests 'RDA' created by the ships of the whole fleet.

The target is to ensure the correct alignment with the defined par level and guarantee the correctness of the purchasing requests in terms of items, volume and cost. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESRDA monitoringMonitor onboard consumptionCoordinate with Food & Beverage Operations managersAdhere to par levelsPrepare business case simulations to facilitate the decision-making process for strategic operationsProactively propose actions to the Team, based on the insights learned in the analysis phaseParticipate in cross-functional business projects and perform ad hoc analysisExtract and analyze all relevant information from various IT sources and support the Team in translating data into concrete actionsQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a supply chain role, ideally within the cruise sectorGood knowledge of the F&B productFluent English and Italian.

Any additional language is an advantageExcellent knowledge of computer systems; deep knowledge of Excel (advanced user).
