The complexity of our financial, accounting, and compliance functions is expanding in tandem.

That's why we're looking for a bright, detail-oriented mind, able to raise the bar of our tax planning, and oversee the financial performance of our international business.

A few examples of your responsibilities

- Support the preparation of our financial statements and management reports.

- Coordinate our external advisors to ensure that the financial statements of our international subsidiaries are delivered in a timely manner, and meet all financial reporting requirements.

- Fulfill requests from external bodies and statutory auditors.

- Take ownership of the company's tax planning, and support the team with more general fiscal matters such as tax returns, patent box, tax credits, and transfer price calculations.

- Closely monitor the latest tax and accounting law updates to grasp their possible impact on the company, guaranteeing our tax compliance is always on point, and we can optimize resources accordingly.

- Assist on M&A transactions, deal structuring, and post-merger integrations.

- Hone our accounting processes to deliver flawless outputs to the relevant stakeholders.

- Co-lead the systematic spending review of the company to find cost optimization opportunities.
