The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition while working towards its mission: to bring patients a novel therapeutic system suitable to replace incompetent Mitral Valves based on a safe, effective, and easy-to-use transcatheter technology.

**Responsibilities

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;

- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices;

- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations;

- Process of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines;

- Prepare and submit monthly reports aimed to compare budget vs. actual and perform expenses review;

- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;

- Provide to the Finance Manager reports for monthly/yearly closings including accruals, deferrals and D&A;

- Support tax consultant in tax computations and returns;

- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested;

- Support during financial audits;

- Assist with additional accounting projects.

**Education and Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices

- Knowledge of main local and national laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation

- Technical accounting skills

- 3+ years of experience in equivalent roles

- Fluent Italian and English

- Proficiency in relevant accounting software (SAP By Design) will be a plus

**Salary**: €1, 500. 00 - €2, 000. 00 per month
