We require:General accounting and industrial accounting skillsOrganisational and management skills, tidiness, and accuracyExperience in the use of IT tools and accounting softwareKnowledge of accounting regimes and administrative-accounting proceduresAbility to analyse and prepare annual and consolidated financial statementsKnowledge of tax obligations, both periodic and annualDiscretion and confidentialityDiploma in Accounting, Commercial Expert or Commercial Technician, Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationConsolidated experience in the role, with experience in the hotel or catering sector and knowledge of Opera management and Sysdat accounting software preferredGood knowledge of the English languageRecording of invoices and other accounting documentation, keeping of general ledger accounts, accounting reconciliations - knowledge of electronic invoicingMaintaining cost accounting and budgeting systems, also with the use of spreadsheetsInterface with management through monthly reportingManagement of supplier payments and schedule management using remote bankingManagement of interface with front-office for checking account balancesManagement of relations with external tax, labour, and accounting software consultanciesDigital archiving of documentsThe job offer is intended to refer to both sexes, with ready placement.
