Join us in Customer Care team and you will contribute to support legal age smokers (LAS) who would otherwise continue smoking to switch to smoke-free products in line with commercial objectives and KPIs.

Build a strong collaboration with the commercial teams to guarantee adequate level of consumer services, also involving other department such as Brand Retail and Indirect Retail, and other touchpoints (B2B) especially for Lead Generation activities.

The Contact Executive will also interact with Legal Age Users (LAU) willing to purchase a new device or with users that are already involved in specific "caring'' activities, such as ad hoc outbound campaign or other initiatives in collaboration with other departments.

Your 'day to day'

- Support smoke-free products adoption by supporting Legal Age Smokers (LAS) in different market scenarios.

Identify opportunities to present smoke-free products system to LAS/LAU, for whom it might be relevant, with responsible and credible message, according to company guidelines and guided by a consumer-centric approach;

- Support the consumer journey (activities can include kit tester management, support with purchase, upselling & cross selling, plan updates) and reduce the barriers to adoption by using available marketing channels, services and programs.

All activities will be done by phone and/or with appropriate available tools;

- Involve Legal Age Smokers and other stakeholders from Direct and Indirect Retail in specific contact activities with the aim of generating leads.

Fulfil Legal Age Smokers (LAS) needs in terms of execution speed, support quality and information clarity;

- Support Member-Get-Member activities with company tools for employees and LAS/LAU, use available reporting and/or data entry tools with punctuality and accuracy, filling in all information on a daily basis.

Sustain product usage among LAS and LAU communities to maintain and increase the consumer base.

- Increase smoke-free products sales by building your own referees' network with commercial activities for LAS/LAU (retention strategies, activities done with other streams).

Raise the number of LAU referee with the aim of sustaining LAU growth for Outbound.

- Support projects and outbound campaigns to LAS/LAU (contacting specific users clusters, surveys and market research, retention campaigns, caring activities to LAS/LAU) in order to support projects and/or develop best practices for the team.

Who we're looking for:

- University degree

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Strong ability to build and leverage on a network

- Analytical mindset

- Great communication skills

- Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

- A previous commercial experience

- Ability to work under pressure

- Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies
