The media and content strategy must be well tuned to local market opportunities and at all times be closely aligned with the Divisions and the Siemens' global Communications Strategy.

**Your Challenge

Within the Executive Communications and Media Relations department of Siemens Spa, you have these tasks and responsibilities:

- You support the Team for development of content strategies, creation, control and editing of press texts, social media content and briefing documents.

Besides that, you work with them on new cross-media formats.

- You work closely and in partnership with other communication departments and fields, align your working methods with modern and agile principles and values f the working world and build a culture of trust and collaboration with clarity and transparency.

- You maintain existing contacts with external stakeholders and establish new connections, for example with bloggers and influencers.

At the same time, you ensure close coordination with the relevant internal collaborators and various business areas.

**What you need to bring with you**:

- University degree in Science of Communications or comparable or in economics with Master in Comms

- Experience as an intern in PR agencies, or in Comms departments of Companies is a** plus**:

- Proficiency in English spoken and written.

- Curiosity about complex strategic issues and in working in a structured and efficient manner

- Analytical and cross-departmental thinking, passion about journalism and PR and the right attitude towards next-generation digital tools

- Text competence and high eloquence

- Willingness to supervise success using dashboards, which you set up and evaluate yourself as an integral part of your work
