Content Communications And Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a talented _**_Content Communications & social media specialist_**_, passioned for technology and innovation who is eager to use his/her skills to contribute proactively to our vision, innovation, and our marketing & communications strategy. _
**_The Role_
- The Content Communications & social media specialist's role is to support the creation of relevant content for corporate and business communications of integrated marketing & communications projects, to build an effective storytelling aimed to position the brand and the business solutions at the best. _
- This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the Italian language and copywriting techniques together with consistent project management skills. _
- You will collaborate directly with the Head of Marcoms and the Communications Manager for the development of global and local communication projects_
**_Key role responsibilities:_
- _Create, curate, and manage content for various platforms, including blogs, social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.
), newsletters, and websites.

- _Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of content and social media campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies_
- _Support the Communications Manager in the execution of the communication strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, business, hr etc. )
to ensure cohesive messaging across all communication channels. _
- _Support the PR program and activities by dealing with external and internal players_
- _Manage internal communications initiatives such as Newsletter, Intranet and support Employer branding initiatives from the content perspective_
- _Contribute to the creation of the marketing materials related to the value proposition such as power point presentations, product and solutions sheets, brochures. _
- _Work in partnership with the Global marketing communications team to design, create and implement marketing contents and projects _
- _Stay updated on industry and tech trends, emerging platforms and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve_
- _Analytical skills and understanding of communication objectives. _
- _Familiarity with communication strategies and various channels. _
- _Operational independence and proactive mindset. _
- _Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. _
- _3+ years work experience _in content creation, social media management, or a similar role_ in multinational organizations_
- _High cultural background and deep knowledge of Italian language and copywriting techniques _with a strong eye for detail_
- _Throughout knowledge in verbal and written English (mandatory)_
- _Passioned for technology, digital innovation, data & analytics_
- _Experience in managing a range of communication assets to build an effective storytelling (videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, web blogs)_
- _Experience with visual communication principles, quality content generation _
- _Familiarity with content management systems_
- _Excellent analytical and project management skills_
- _An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines_
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills_
- _Skilled in presentation creation with strong, editing and proofreading skills. _
- _Skilled in developing clear communications objectives in the form of project briefs. _
- _Capability to act as a real team player and good communicator, able to interact with different functional entities_
**_Skills appreciated_
- _Experience with generative AI tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Claude). _
- _Organisational and management skills_
