MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES The Content Creation & Social Media Assistant will be mainly focused on creating contents for social media, reporting to our Digital & PR Advocate according to the local marketing strategy.

The main Responsibilities are:

Create contents and manage social media accounts daily, especially TikTok and Instagram (creative brainstorming, content creation, posting and scheduling, copywriting and community moderation). Contents to be created are: videos and static assets to be posted on the brand social media channels and created in-house with short form video-editing software (e. g. Capcut, Canva, TikTok, InShot. . )Support the development and implementation of social media editorial plan on all social media platforms, combining Global and Local assetsSupport social media coverage during events with influencers, PR, instore with and without the retailer Help in implementing and monitoring paid social media campaigns on a weekly basis, both on META and on Tik Tok ADS ManagerManage Google My Business account (uploading new listings, moderation of reviews, monthly reporting of best performer Brow Bar)Help identifying digital partners for special collaborations and negotiate with the retailer social coverage on their accountsRegular analysis of social media performance (both organic and paid) and activationsMonitor competitors and new trends to identify new opportunities REQUIREMENTS Preferred degree in Communication, ideally with focus on social mediaBe a content creator (personal profile or for third parties). Proven successful result is considered a plusDigital savvy and passionate user of social mediaPassionate about Beauty and Make UpExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent creativity and teamwork skillsBe proactive and innovative Be flexible and smart in tackling new opportunities for content creation as they ariseFluent in English, both written and spoken Technology & Software Knowledge:

Proficient in Instagram & Tik Tok platforms and video editing software.

Excel and PowerPoint/Canva are a plus.

META Business Manager and Tik Tok ADS Manager are a plus.
