Job Title CONTENT CREATOR Mission We're looking for a dynamic and creative individual who is passionate about the outdoors and loves producing outstanding visual content. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting top-tier short vertical video assets that capture the Vibram values, while supporting our social media management across platforms. Place of work: available to work both from Milan offices and Albizzate (VA) offices. Job Responsibilities Develop and produce eye-catching short vertical video assets, using expert editing skills Work within the Brand & Communication environments to ensure all content aligns with Vibram's brand identity and campaign objectives Assist in planning, scheduling, and moderating content on our social channels Stay up-to-date with social trends and emerging styles to keep content fresh and relevant Skills Graduate in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar About 2 years of experience in content creation, gained in dynamic and modern companies or communications agencies Outdoor Enthusiast: lives the adventure, bringing genuine passion to every project. Bilingual: fluent in English, ensuring global communication is on point. Creative & Confident: a master at autonomously producing short vertical assets that align with the brand's values. Social Media Geek: deeply in tune with social media trends – always on the pulse of what's trendy. Tech-Savvy: expert in editing tools – Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (required), familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign is a plus. Collaborative & Agile: ready to engage with our Brand & Communication environments.
